Welfare and You

May 26, 2008 / by joerff

You say ,"Whats welfare got to do with me"? I have a job and I'm not a blood sucker feeding off the goverment. But your wages are taxed and that's the blood sucker's pay check.Sure, there are people that are in a sad situation in life and we should help them with welfare .But every goverment program to help the needy becomes corrupt by people that do not take responsibility for their action and find it easier to take your money.                                            Example:Watching Judge Judy today.Twenty-one yr old Pauline has three children, not married, and pregnant .She don't know the father for one,and two differant fathers for the other two.She knows who made her pregnant. The men are no where to be found and are like bees impregnating at will.                                                                                There are many, many girls and boys(men) like this. The Liberal policy is to reward these people and keep taking your money instead of finding solutions, incentives, for the problem.Hire more goverment people to assist and throw more money at the problem.Barack is the most Liberal senator on record.Socialist or Marxist??Your choice.Whatever you pick you'll be right or is that Wright?

My opinion is that Barak from what all I know of him is not a Socialist or Marxist at all. But I agree with the welfare problem which has mostly disappeared when about 10 yrs ago or so when major adjustments happened. I was happy about that. So many who were on welfare abused the system and really started to think they should live on it. It was made to help you when you are down and stop when you get on your feet. Well, it didn't work out that way. Unfortunately the people who are in desperate need of need were affected also by the lazies who would do nothing but sit on their butts all day while I slave at work and give part of my paycheck to support them!

Right now I don't know how welfare works. The last I heard was that only a parent can receive it if they have a newborn and for only so long (which is not long) and they must work. I'm sure there's a lot more of it than that but I have not kept up with it.
